Stand out as an inspiring yoga teacher, and get certified, with 200-hour online yoga teacher training.
In 1998, I took my first yoga class and instantly fell in love with it. A few months later, I got the whisper to teach. As I debated on how to approach my teacher, I started thinking about the other rockstar yoga teachers I’d met.
I couldn’t float on my hands or bend my back at an impossible angle. Binds took more effort with my T-rex arms. My voice twanged and hitched, and I didn’t have a charismatic personality like my mentor.
But I couldn’t ignore the whispering any longer.
Since there were no such things as yoga schools, I had to pluck up my courage and ask my teacher, someone I greatly admired, to mentor me. She probably wondered what the heck I could bring to the table, but I surprised us both.
I still can’t do all the postures, nor I am overly bendy or trendy. But I know how to create a one-of-kind yoga teacher who inspires her clients and classes with compassion and respect.
🙌 Gain the skills to not only help others, but to also help yourself through challenging times.
🙌 Connect with a group of supportive individuals who share your passion for all things yoga.
🙌 All while accomplishing it in your coziest PJs, in the comfort of your own home, at a pace that fits with your schedule.
Good news. You’re in the right place.
But before I get into the course, let’s talk about . . .
For 20 years, I’ve been helping women realize their dream of becoming compassionate, confident, and competent yoga teachers.
I show women they don’t have to be a certain size or race, own expensive clothes and accessories, or contort their bodies into impossible shapes to be a “real” yoga teacher.
Teaching yoga isn’t about your age, Sanskrit fluency, or having an Instagram feed filled with fancy photos. It’s about creating an inclusive space that allows individuals to experience a transformation.
With my Texas-accented Sanskrit, T-Rex arms, and size 8 off-brand yoga pants, I teach one hell of a class.
