Having a baby took less time…

From conception to incision, the time and effort it took to bring my son into the world was a cake walk compared to what it’s been breathing life into a new venture. But watching my boy grow everyday teaches me that great things take time.

Over the next few weeks and months, Un-Hooked: Freeing Your Soul After Divorce will be published via Amazon, hopefully in September, as well as a complementary online group coaching program and a couple of other ideas that haven’t fully formed yet.

At the heart and soul of it all is my lifeblood–yoga. The one thing that keeps me sane, keeps me growing and gives me so many damn good lessons to share with you.

Over the next 30 days, I’ve committed to participate in a 30-day blog challenge…..cause I need another project, like I need another hole in my head.

Actually this challenge felt really important to do.

This is the first time I’m stepping out from behind the curtain at Oz. Opening up my lessons so that others can maybe heal and step into their brightest and shiniest selves.

You’ll have a front row seat as everything blooms–like this blog and website, the book and online program. It’s scary. No. I mean SCARY. This work I’ve committed to do shares a side of me I haven’t really ever exposed in such a public way.

BUT. IT’S. TIME.
