Grow from a stand out teacher to a stellar one with our 300-hour hybrid yoga teacher training.
You've gained the confidence and basic skills you need to begin teaching, and now it’s time to take the next step.
You have a busy life: teaching, working, mom-ing. You'd love to run away to Bali (pre-Covd) but that's just not realistic.
You're looking for more knowledge in philosophy, postures & prana, and direction in earning a bigger paycheck.
Immersing yourself in yoga training sounds like a dream come true. . .
I was grandfathered in for my 200-hour, but to get my 500-hour, I had to do it through a formal program. It took several months to find one, and a little convincing for the director to run a special session for three of us.
But I did it. We drove to Houston for a 12-day immersion teacher training.
I was lucky. I didn’t have any kids or obligations I had to work around.
It wasn’t all confetti and champagne, though.
After five days, my brain was mush. My body was a roadmap of aches and pains. Most of the curriculum presented, I could’ve taught myself.
However, when training was over, I knew exactly how I wanted to run a successful advanced teacher training course.
🙌 Hone and elevate your skills to help others while also deepening your own practice.
🙌 Connect with like-minded individuals who share your passion for all things yoga.
🙌 All while accomplishing it in a manner most suited to your lifestyle and needs.
Good news. You’re in the right place.
But before I get into the course, let’s talk about . . .
For 20 years, I’ve been helping women realize their dream of becoming compassionate, confident, and competent yoga teachers.
I show women they don’t have to be a certain size or race, own expensive clothes and accessories, or contort their bodies into impossible shapes to be a “real” yoga teacher.
Teaching yoga isn’t about your age, Sanskrit fluency, or having an Instagram feed filled with fancy photos. It’s about creating an inclusive space that allows individuals to experience a transformation.
With my Texas-accented Sanskrit, T-Rex arms, and size 8 off-brand yoga pants, I teach one hell of a class.
Our comprehensive 300-hour hybrid YTT program provides a deep dive into yoga, the endless ways you can practice, and embracing your unique experiences to bring it all alive.
